Today, I had the great pleasure of having some of the very best BBQ in the USA
at Louis Mueller in Taylor, Texas. Damn! I'm glad I live in Texas!

I dunno, twoweeks ago I smoked a butt, a loin, a couple racks and two split chickens. I've been eatiing on it ever since.
I'm getting kinda tired of it, though I did slice a few thick slices from the loin today, covered them with my homemade bbqsauce and ate it for lunch. Damn, it was pretty good still.
