Things Seem To Be Coming Together

So my TopDog trailer will be delivered before July 4th.  I have a gig at my local watering hole that day...kinda a grand opening.  I have also already booked 2 multi-day events.  A German festival about 8 miles from where I live, and a biker rally at the Guadalupe river, that's a 2.5 hour drive, no biggie.  I'm still working on a day-to-day spot and have 2 in mind.  I've been in the kitchen a lot doing my own taste-testing as I feel that I am way more discriminating on myself than anyone else is.  I can see this business involves a lot of work and effort, but in all reality, I'm still happier now than I was before I got layed-off from the Oil/Gas business..............have fun.

Good luck!  I will be up and running in about 2 weeks and plan on doing my grand opening on July 3rd.  Our town always has its celebration before or after the 4th because they want the Austin symphony to play. 

I still have to get my kitchen approved before we can start up.  We decided to build our own kitchen that way I can serve food inside on rainy days.  It is more work, but will keep me from having any down time because of weather.  Our HD told me today that he would approve my mop bucket as a mop sink....that saves me some time and money!

Curtis, you are going from the oil.gas business to the greese/ gas business. Did you get all you questions answered at the Health dept ?????  Bill

I either PM'ed or emailed you (old and can't remember) the Vienna rep's name and #? Did you get to talk to Al Gross? We did a Vienna taste test and loved em. Pricey but good. Keep us posted.

I did get all the HD questions answered.  I also got with Al from Vienna yesterday.  There is a Vienna distributor right here in town..!  I am waiting on pricing info. as we speak.  I really wanna stay with a Brand/quality dog as I fell it helps to promote the business and educates the uneducated consumer.  Of course I will have to look at reality and make sure that a high-dollar wiener is not going to sink my business.  Thanks for all you guys help.

You guys let me know what prices you get for dogs to see if it is the same as what they give me.  I spoke to Al this morning and will be calling George from Martin sometime tomorrow.  Al said the prices should be the same for everyone, but he wanted me to email him so he can double check.  I really like Al compared to the guy Vienna had me connected to in the beginning.
