Things you have no interest in ever doing!

Me, many, but here are a few.
Climb Mt. Everest, or any other mountain for that matter, freeze my azz off plus all the other horrors involved in something like that.
Amazon exploring, no thanks, the skeeters alone would drive me crazy
Cave exploring, pass on the underground adventure
Eating off the wall exotic foods a la Andrew Zimmern, pass on the worms hissing roaches etc.
You get the idea, what's on you list of things to avoid!
 

There are a lot of things I am no longer physically fit to do like climbing Mt. Everest, but if I can do something, I am not adverse to trying it.

I have no interest in swimming with the sharks whether in a cage or not.
 
I have no interest in ever being in a submarine.  I don't care if it's not under water.
 
I have no interest in chasing tornados.
 
I have no interest in taking off in a rocket.

I was parasailing in Bermuda in 93, the tow rope broke when I was at max height, at first I thought Lordy, I ended up having a wonderful slow ride down, getting out from underneath it in the water was tricky!

My only (thank God) experience with jumping out of a perfectly good airplane was over water -- right off the beach at Morningstar on St. Thomas.

No hang gliding for me.  Some years ago I was camping at Makapuu Beach in Hawaii and (at least at that time) the hang gliders took off from the cliffs behind the campground area and landed on the beach at the park.  It was my first chance to see hang gliding "in person", so I was taking pictures like wildfire.  One of the hang gliders took off from the cliff and a gust caught him and splatted him against the cliff (and I caught it all on film, including the roughly 2 to 3 hours that it took for them to get to him, while his blood was running down the cliff.)  Obviously he was dead, but it did cure me of ever wanting to do regular hang gliding.
 
I have pretty much put bungee jumping, parachute jumping and outdoor sky diving in the same category with hang gliding.  However, I have done indoor skydiving and enjoy it (though it is somewhat expensive) and find it very safe.
 
Riding in a helicopter is also a no-no for me.  I used to exhibit at our Heart of Illinois Fair every year, and on my lunch hour of the morning when they did the judging of the stuff I exhibited, I would run out to the Fair, eat my lunch there, and see how I had done in the competition.  They offered helicopter rides at the Fair for several years, and one year when I was out there just passing the helicopter pad, one of the helicopters crashed on the pad, and I had to duck behind some of the booths since the helicopter blades were digging up big chunks of the blacktop pad and hurling them in all directions.  That cured me for ever wanting to take a helicopter ride, though I have no problem with commercial airplanes. 
 
No bush pilots for me, however.  When I drove to Alaska and camped all over the area some years ago, I was eating at the counter of a restaurant up there one day.  It so happened that two bush pilots were eating next to me at that counter, and they were talking about another bush pilot friend that had had a crash (and, if I remember correctly, came out of it with minor injuries).  However these two pilots were very vocal and definite about the fact that "No pilot could call himself a bush pilot unless he had had at least one crash!"  I think I can do without that and be perfectly happy.

I agree with everything on chewingthefat's list.  Here's some addional things: 
 
Never want to go to any Third World Countries with their poor sanitation and water quality.  Spending the trip near the toilet and taking Immodium all day is not my idea of fun.   
 
Don't want to dive.   Too claustrophobic. 
On that same topic, I never want an MRI.  They'd have to knock me out cold with drugs if I ever needed one. 
 
Never want to do yoga.  I'd die from the embarrassment of how ridiculous I'd look. 
 
Rock climbing.  No thanks.  Ice climbing.  No thanks. 
 
"Eco-Adventures".  No thanks.

Been there, done that.  Never again.

When I retired last year I had a "Bucket list" of about 75 things I wanted to do. In 2010 I knocked off about 15 of them.
 
But one item I simply removed from the list was to Hike the entire length of the Appalachian Trail. It's something that had fascinated me since I was in my teens. However, after a couple of solo overnight 20-30  mile hikes in 2010 I found I'm no longer interested in spending hours and days alone in the wilderness looking for elusive trail markers.

Walking the Appalachian Trail is one of those things I consider no longer physically fit to do, but I would sure like to. We do day hike segment walks now. One goal is to walk the nearly 300 mile Superior Hiking Trail along the north shore of Minnesota. We've done several segments. Schedule and other priorities just seem to prevent us from doing it in sequence.

I'd pass on a chanch to enter the Baja 500, or the Dakar Rally!
And I agree with Glenn on trekking 3rd world countries...Sudan, I'll pass, thanks!
I also have no plans to visit Malaysia and break the law!

These are mine too.

I did scuba for many years, still have all the gear. I plan on starting up again in a couple years. I've done the shark cage thing twice, I'd do it again.

I don't want to run a Marathon, nor walk one.

I never want to own or operate a restaurant.

The thought of designing stuff, gives ME the willies! or is it willy's? Don't know why, almost as scary as the thought of living in Florida, YIKES!
