This Dog Nips

While I have seen many Grote & Weigel posts I have not seen one on G&W Red Hots. Some might say this dog bites, but to me it only has a rather pleasant nip. This is a large dog, 5 to a pound and has the added attraction of hot red pepper which accounts for the nip.

The downside is that it is not natural casing. I do find myself buying this dog more often than not, but I do wish it would snap as well as nip. Grote & Weigel are you listening?

Has anyone tried this big dog? What do you think?

I've had this dog once. I was told that a certain Shop Rite had Grote & Weigel dogs. I went and got a pack thinking that they were regular hot dogs. Not bad, but a little too much spice for me. I guess that I have a low tolerance. Sabrett and Best's have similar dogs, but they call them spicy sausages.
