This ought to be fun... Sat, 07/4/09 8:47 PM (permalink)
When Farah Fawcett died last week God himself met her at the Pearly Gates. God says to her, Farah you are one of my most beautiful creations. Having both inner and out beauty. What might I do for you?

Farah thought for a minute and said; God, I want all the children to be safe. That's when He took Michael Jackson.

Ouch!

Michael Jackson isn't gonna be cremated or buried. He's gonna be recycled so that he will remain white, plastic, and dangerous for kids to play with.

I have been waiting for someone to start the joke thread!  A couple of sites I frequent had one and it was deleted because people were offended.  Others understand that they're jokes.  That's a shorter version than the one I read, but it definitely works.

Yes, strictly intended as a JOKE.

Personally I think he was a brilliant entertainer. But he had "Issues" He was acquited of being a child molester but he should have learned much sooner that it was inappropriate to sleep with other peoples children.

Joan Rivers is happy because now her boyfriends can go to the playground and she won't have to worry about them with Michael gone.

Being acquitted of a criminal charge does not necessarily mean that the accused is not guilty. It simply means that the prosecution failed to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt.

NC - See OJ.....Great point by the way!!!

Ann - Old Blue Eyes was looked upon as a man's man...The envy of many guys and feared by many as well.  Lots of women adored him and not too many gave two sh_t's about his alleged mob ties.

Michael is not seen in this light...rightly or wrongly...Thus the jokes keep coming hot and heavy....It will all be over soon..Just grin and bear it.

The weird thing is that I've had a renewed interest in Sinatra in the past year and a half (how can I help it when my man's car radio is tuned to "Sundays with Sinatra"?) I'll be honest. I'd rather listen to Sinatra than Michael Jackson, and I am into an unbelievably across-the-board eclectic's delight selection of music - all my life.

I do love "Rock with You".

Why do so many people assume that because someone finds jokes funny they hate the person who is the subject of said jokes?  I've never understood that.  I laugh at myself, and I laugh at other people.  This does not mean that I hate myself or them, it just means I can see the humour in things that apparently some people cannot.

Believe me, Brian has it and every other Sinatra LP or CD you could possibly name. What he does is buy old LPs for cheaper-than-cheap, use a software program to put them on CD (he has a brand new turntable and upgraded cartridge now), and another one to take out every pop and scratch. The results are lovely!

Frank at the Garden??? My lord he should have stayed retired...my old boss at Homer Men and Boys used to play the 8 track of that over and over in 1976...if I had a gun I would have blown my brains out...especially after the Howard Cosell bit...

Heard a couple new ones today...

MJ's ghost has been sighted at a children's hospital, it seems he will continue to put the willies up little children.

They served caviar at MJ's funeral in memory of him because it too comes on little white crackers.

There was another one, but it was too wrong.  And if I'm saying that, you know it was bad.

Frank Sinatra saved my life once - I was in a Vegas casino parking lot and two big goons had me on the ground kicking the stuffings out of me, until Frank said "Okay, boys, he's had enough."

Hey, it's a new joke if you haven't heard it.

How much worse than "comes on little white crackers" would it have to be for you to hold back?

This thread is terrible, terribly funny. What a group of wonderfully tasteless jokes.

I was never a "Fan" of Michael Jackson. (Born in the year 1956). And I aborminate this body-stripping of this human person.

                                                  Shall he rest in peace...

Sorry, funny is funny. I liked Michael Jackson as an entertainer in the 70's and 80's but I think that he crossed the line when he admittedly slept with pre-pubecent boys at Neverland Ranch. Convicted or not, he was a little /alot  creepy. "Thriller" is still one of my favorite all time albums.
