Tiseo's frozen Pizza dough!!! SO GOOD! Tue, 02/24/09 9:47 PM (permalink)
I love this stuff. I get it at Meijer for like a $1.60 or something a bag. It comes frozen, so you gotta let it thaw. I've made pizza and calzones...they always turn out great. I use a pizza stone sometimes...other times I use a lightly oiled cookie sheet.

This is a mushroom pizza with mozzarella and a little cheddar. I also added garlic, italian seasoning, rosemary and pepper. It took about 5 minutes to toss together and about 12 minutes in the oven. So much better than frozen pizza and better than most if not all chain pizza places.

Trader Joe's has their own line of this. It comes in at least two varieties.

I've tried the Trader Joe's dough...both plain and wheat. Didn't like it. The wheat was especially bad. I shop at Trader Joe’s regularly, and enjoy most of their products…but their Pizza dough I just didn't like. I have heard though that their Garlic Herb dough is the best.

I second not liking Trader Joe's.

I tried the plain and i just didn't taste right.

So much so that I'll never give it a second try.
