man that is the best picture of bbq I've ever seen.
I'm tempted to print it out and make a poster
of it, but I don't think I could stand looking
at it every day without having some to eat!!

You are not kidding. That is some great looking 'Q. I was just in North Carolina eating barbecue this past weekend and that photo makes me want to get in the car and head back right now.
Bruce Bilmes said in another thread about how good Michael Stern's food photos always seem to be and he is 100% right. I have been taking lots of food photos in Roadfood places lately and very, very rarely do they ever turn out that well. I never realized food photography would be so difficult!
