Today's Restaurant - Coursey's

I was especially happy to see Coursey's as the featured place today. I have eaten Coursey's meats as long as I can remember.
My family resided in Springfield, MO, but my favorite uncle lived in Little Rock. Whenever he came up, he would load us up with ham and bacon. After I was able to drive, I would always stop there whenever I drove 65, and I couldn't count how many times I've stopped there.
It's been a number of years since. It brought back good memories to see the old cabin.
