During my recent trip to San Francisco a few months back, I was leery of House Of Nanking, not only due to the internet reviews, but also because when I walked past the estabishment there was a line out the door, however there was not one non causasian either on line or inside the restaurant. I can't comment on the food, and probably would have tried it "out of curiousity" if I had a significantly longer stay in the Bay Area.
