To Jim Ellison-that is one fantastic picture of the Huevos Verdes! I love huevos rancheros and all variations on it. That looks like the finest one I've seen in a while. The colors really "pop" in that picture and the textures really stand out. What kind of sausage is that on the plate? Bravo, sir. Well done!
