Top Dog carts

Anybody knows this manufacturer? If so, are they honest and legally registered? Are their carts certified to run on highways? I heard from Dept. of Transportation that any new carts need to have a US compliant sticker or plate attached to the chassis, meaning it passed all the inspections and it´s safe to run on our streets. The strange thing is that apparently they never heard of it and they never heard of a valid 17 digit VIN number for hot dog carts. He said that USA doesn´t require that since its not self propelled. If you bought a cart from him, please I need to talk to you ASAP. Any help appreciated. Thank you to all who read this post

You already posted about this. Are you just trying to bash them?

Not at all... Just trying to find out more about this company and find feedbacks from owners of their carts, that´s all. The other post was a completelly different question.

They seem the same both about a VIN number. Why are you now looking for information on the company? You have already placed a deposit according to your other post, a little late to do research, inmy opinion. Can you register it in Canada as a homemade trailer? Some states here do not require VINS if you register them this way and other states do not require trailers to be registered.

I doubt it, but will ask about it with canada transporation. I´m asking about the company because I want to know where did I put my money into. I know it´s late because of the deposit, but it would be even worse if I pay the remaining. I did a basic research before I paid the deposit. They most likely are a great company, and I personally found their cart to be the best, with lots of counter space. I really do prefer their cart and that´s why I´m deepening my research about them, because I´ll try everything possible to bring the cart here. Maybe you would do things differently, but I thought that here would be the best place to ask around about them. Thanks anyway

Sorry if I seemed harsh. I just meant I would have all the requirements met in writing up front before I would put money down. Good luck to you
