Yikes.
I was all ready to hear the "low and slow" chapter and verse, but... but... well, I won't spoil the surprise. Let's just say that this is the English version of BBQ'd ribs.

IMHO, I can't stand for people to boil ribs. I think it actually physically hurts me. LOL!! Tsk, tsk, tsk.
