This is a store new to the Knoxville, TN area. From their website, they offer the world's first online salad bar. I've seen a similar store profiled on Unwrapped. I think it was called SouperSalad. http://www.tossed.com/ Does anyone have a Tossed in their area and is it worth experiencing?

Interesting concept and it appears the one in Knoxville is located in the Turkey Creek area. Turkey Creek has become very trendy and a lot of new restaurants are located there.

We have a chain called Sweet Tomatoes which is a salad bar that has soups, baked potatoes and pasta made to order. The salad area is very well kept and presented and has a huge range of items as well as already mixed Greek salads, potato salads and such. I am not sure that I understand what Tossed is doing, you order online and then pick up? The one location I looked at said their online ordering was not working and to call.
