and when it gets busy and the grease starts flying your going to wish you had done something different !....
i use to cook for the "carneys" when the fair came to town to make extra money and that was a constant "thing",lol......we perfected the "risky business" move long before space brain made it famous, lol...and we were wearing shoes !

what about mixing sand into the polyurethane for grip ?

I don't think sand would go over well with the HD. It would shred anything you used to clean the floor and hold grease and dirt. Why are we trying to reinvent the wheel? I'm just saying this thread has a lot of the latest and best options on the market???

To the OP: Have you ever worked in a restaurant? How many of them had plywood floors with poly?
It would never fly!
I suggest you start reading the requirements for your state/city/county now and understand them better than the regulators do before you spend one $ on building a food truck.

It only takes 30 post and 30 days until you can post pictures, what are you doing? And you don't move up the line with pure numbers of post it's the content if I understand it correctly.

And the threads from Schmelly are the perfect example of someone that tried to build a food trailer and had no clue as to what he was doing. And then because he had no background and paid little or no attention to the pro advice he got here just disappeared, after spending all his savings. Sad.

sorry, shouldve explained. when i posted last link it posted two in a row and i went in and edited that to say duplicates seem to happen often in posting. i didnt need post count as im past that stage, just waiting on 30 days,...lol
