It looks great. ... Looking at your pics, I see the heat riser at the range and the deep friers, those are just 'stove pipes' to vent heat & combustion gases from the flame. ... I keep wondering how much it would help reduce the kitchen heat if those were extended up to just below the hood filters. ... Oh well one day I will find out first hand.
