Ladies and Gentlemen
First of all I would like to express my gratitude for this forum. Y'all are quite kind and helpful with one-another. I am contemplating a hot dog cart purchase. Complys with regs here in Louisville, Ky. Would transfer of ownership of a hot dog cart requiring licensure be similiar to that of a car/truck? Thank You in advance for assistance.

Usually the transfer would be the same as that of any licensed trailer, which will have its own license and registration. Take the title down to your local licensing agency.
