Trauth Snow Cream
From the Cincy dairy. Has anyone tried this? I bought a fake half-gallon the other day (2 for $6 at ValueMarket for you Louisvillains) (curses to whoever invented the 56oz half gallon, but that's another topic).
Anyhoo, it's good in a strange way. More or less what you'd get if you mixed up snow with whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla sort of like the ancient Romans did. In my freezer it's a lot harder than regular ice cream and goes pretty much from rock hard to completely liquid, so it doesn't really mix with fruit.
Anybody else buy this?
