Trip from Memphis to Branson

I need suggestions where to eat on my route and especially in the Branson area. I am not real fond of buffets but do like good restaurants. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It be a bit out the way but if you pass through Hot Springs - you've got to hit McClard's.
