Trip to Utah and Arizona

A good friend of mine is taking a trip soon, she will be traveling to Zion,Canab,Bryce,Capitol Reef and Moab, Utah and Grand Canyon, Sedona and Phoenix, Arizona.  Does anyone have good local places to eat in any of those towns and cities?  Please let me know.  Thanks

Not much available from Utah until you get to Flagstaff. There's been a number of posts on here about Flagstaff, Sedona and Phoenix. I suggest you use the search function to find them.
To search, click on "Forums" on the toolbar on the home Roadfood page. Then type in the city name in the "Enter Search Phrase" box in the upper right hand corner. Suggest you do 0ne city at a time so as not to get too much at once.
 
One place I suggest your friend stops at is the Rock Springs Cafe. It's on I-17 south of Flagstaff/Sedona, about 40 miles north of Phoenix. Exit 242. It's an original Stagecoach stop and famous for their pies and Breakfasts as well as their once a month "Hogs in Heat BBQ & Nut Fry". 1st Saturday of each month.

For Zion, I would recommend Oscar's Cafe in Springdale.  Nice hamburgers.
