Truck Order/Service Window Question

I am planning to convert this bus (pictures below) into a food truck with seating. It is 40' long and I figure to use the rear 15-20' as the kitchen and the front 20-25' for seating. My concern is that the bus may sit too high to put in a usable order/service window to outside. I am considering having the customers actually board the bus to order and receive their food, but then I have to worry about the bus getting too crowded (hopefully  ). Any suggestions?

First check with your HD to see if your able to do that as you may have to provide a restroom for the guest that ea tthere and that you can do yourself but just a thought. It's doable not that it would stop you. That Blue Bird a cool idea. As far as the serving window goes cut down to black strip from the window down and custom make your own window. Your customer can reach up just a little and they won't mind a bit. Mike Looks Great.
