In 1994, Thompson-Pallister purchased True North Electric Food Smokers and Accessories of Edmonton and moved it to their brand new 14,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Lacombe, AB. Thompson-Pallister Bait Co. Ltd., 5860 Len Thompson Drive, Lacombe, Alberta, T4L 1E7 Canada Tel: 403-782-3528 Fax: 403-782-3533 Sales@LenThompson.com Their webpage no longer mentions smokers but perhaps they can still help you. I had no problems finding chips for your smoker though.

Thanks... I have emailed another email of theres and came back undeliverable. I will try this one. If anyone has it try also to smoke the boneless/skinless chicken thighs then put the True North rib sauce on them and BBQ till fully cooked. It is totally awesome. Some of the best chicken I have had.,,,,, Everyone try a GARBAGE PAIL chicken this summer, it IS the best I have had.
