Trying to recall a Colombian brunch in New York...

A few years ago, I was treated to a terrific Colombian brunch in Queens, where I had a special eggs and pork dish. The pork was a deep fried pork skin with little bits of meat on it and it was delicious. But I can't remember the name of the dish or the restaurant. Hoping to get back to NYC soon, and go to Colombia so to speak. Anyone have any Colombian restaurant recommendations?
