With All The Rain Here In NY I Stayed Indoors And Made Some Hot Jersey Wieners.
Thuman's 8 to lb. Deep Fried To A Slight Rip In The Natural Casing.
Topped With Nathan's Spicy Brown Mustard, Chopped Onions, And Chili With
Cinnamon And Nutmeg Added For That Hot Jersey Wiener Taste.

John Fox took us to the Hot Grill a few years ago and we had the very best north Jersey has to offer in chili style dogs - I'd go back in a minute if I thought I could find the place. One cavail, a little less cinnamon and nutmeg would be appreciated.

      Cheers, John

Hormel Hot Dog Chili with no Beans. I would have made my own Texas Sauce but this was made on short notice. In the photo the chunks do look like beans.

Hormel is about the best you're going to get out of a can. if you can doctor it up you can make it taste not too bad & the color is almost believable

Carnation makes one without beans...#10 cans.  Not great.

Sabrette makes a wonderful mustard.....Really good.
French's Horseradish mustard is my latest favorite....Check it out
Stadium brand mustard is also pretty good - Big Lots was selling it for a while

Tony - hot dogs look terrific!
