Do I detect grill marks on the potatoes? I like the size of the filet on the porterhouse.. Well chosen.. I have a butcher that sells porterhouse steak for $8.49/lb on sale. No hormones; great stuff. Two of my faves: porterhouse and top sirloin.. Steve
