Unique OKC restaurant?

Many, many years ago, we lived in Oklahoma and visited a really fun restaurant in OKC where the staff all dressed in Renaissance type costumes and they were very vocal and loud - like a play being peformed by the wait staff.
A friend of mine is now in OKC and looking for a place eat - I can't remember the name of the restaurant or even know if they are still in existence. Can anyone help with with a name?
