NYNM - I believe you are correct about Gerstner's (sp?). Now that you mention it I liked the flavors but the ice crystals turned me off the last time I tried their ice cream.

There is a place in Fredonia New York named Aldrich Dairy. Each year on April Fools Day they concoct an ice creams out of something you would not expect in ice cream.
For instance ice creams of the past:
Spaghetti and Meatball
Bologna
Roast Beef
Chili.
You get the idea. It is all in fun but people come in just to be tortured.
