Up In Smoke BBQ "A Texas Smokehouse"

Just wanted to let you know about a fantastic bbq place in Hillsboro, Texas. Exit 364 off Interstate 35. Some of the best ribs I have had in my life and you serve yourself the sides buffet style. We had the corn on the cob, which was so so and the green beans, which were somewhat spicy and delicious. I also had some of the coleslaw, which even my friend who doesn't like coleslaw thought was tasty. I strongly encourage anyone who is in the area to try it out!
