Use Pictures to sell your product

I have always taken pictures of my food and used them from time to time at the drive up window. But early this  spring I put this picture in the window and my rib sales have more than doubled. Every week I buy more and every week by close on Saturday night I'm out of ribs, which sucks because that means I have to come in on Monday a normal day off and smoke ribs. LMAO. Long story short use pictures and sell more food.

Great looking Q Dr of BBQ. Like they say, a picture is worth a 1000 words. We have pics of all our menu items displayed.

We have found the same thing, you can influence purchasing decisions with pictures.  Had some printed at Walgreens and taped them to the service windows, on the side walk signs etc. This one doubled sales on our "Twisted Mojo" pork sandwich:

Would be good technique to steer folks towards your higher margin items and unique items they are scared to try.  Great looking ribs!

It's a twist on the Cuban sandwich with mango salsa on top.  My favorite on our current menu.

Those ribs would make a mean sandwich as well....you can almost taste them through the screen!

I've heard of a Cuban sandwich but what is it that makes it a Cuban?

    The ribs look amazing!
Maybe you should also try taking the picture at a 45 degree angle and see how it turns out

So I took my pictures up a notch.  I bought a 4' ticket rail and attached it just below the service window.  Added text and descriptions to the pictures and laminated.

Walmart cheapy laminater $25, ticket rail $20 and a few rivets.

Roll into your gig, slide in the menu items for the day you want to emphasize and start selling.
