Vegetarian Restaurants in Tacoma or Seattle

My sons girlfriend recently took a job in WA and he is going out to visit her after Christmas. I would like to get some restaurant gift certificates for him for Christmas, but they are both vegetarians. Does anyone have any recommendations for vegetarian restaurants in either Tacoma or Seattle?

I just happened to com home today with the latest version of Seattle Best Places -- a book we Seattleitians have relied on for years and although I can only speak for one place, here is their list:

Cafe Flora, Madison Park (near downtown), Seattle 206-325-9100 $$

Gravity Bar, Broadway (near downtown), Seattle 206-325-7186 $$

I've been to the Gravity Bar -- it is one of my favorite places, but as of a couple months ago they were clsoed due to some construction that was adjacent to them. I don't know if they are re-opened. All probably have web-sites.
