Vegetarian/Vegan Breakfasts

I am wondering is anyone was a favorite breakfast place that is Vegetarian or Vegan. My Favorite is the Paradox Cafe in Portland Or. They serve a buscuits and gravy that is vegan. The gravey is a wonderful and slighty spicy almond gravy.
