Vending from a cart at a bus transfer station

In my town of Asheville(70,000 population) NC,one of the city approved vending spots is at the major bus transfer station downtown. The nearest food is about 1/2 a block up and over..gas station /beer/cigs...and you guessed it.....skinny little scary hot dogs on a roller.Anyone have any idea of needed traffic count at the station to sell 150 dogs per day?Sodas ,chips,candy....Any thoughts and input appreciated.....Thanks
