Has anyone ever heard of a Viking? You can get them at the Sons of Norway booth at the western Montana fair. It's kind of like a Sweedish meatball on a stick that is dipped in batter and fried like a corn dog. I have never seen them anywhere else, but with yellow mustard they are sublime. I would love to know how to make my own.
