Virginia BBQ chain Mon, 09/29/08 7:02 PM (permalink)
I know chain restaurants don't qualify as 'roadfood'. However this chain is opening a location in Califoria near where I live. They serve North Carolina style pulled pork, which I've only had once. I really like the vinegary sauce as compared to the tomato based sauces.

Has anyone back east ever tried this chain? Was it any good?
