Green Eggs and Ham. They probably have the book, why not have the meal as well? It will appeal to their sense of the creepy and will be irresistible. I'm thinking spinach omelet here (for the "green" eggs) with Canadian bacon on the side for the ham. Another easier version of the green eggs could be baked eggs topped with tarragon or parsley. Baked eggs are simple, in case you have never done them. Simply grease a cupcake tin, break your eggs into their individual cups, put your topping on and bake at 350 till eggs are set. Release eggs with a serving spoon and serve up. I would do a dozen at a time, expecting leftovers. I would make English muffin sandwiches from the excess eggs and freeze them for future meals.

By the by Chicken Teriyaki is just boneless, skinless breasts of chicken that has been marinated in teriyaki sauce and then sauted. You could add anything to the saute that you think might taste good Good luck, let us know how it goes. BB I would agree whole heartedly with the above poster, as a mother of two, and one who has had her hubby, daughter, son-in-law, and many other family members and friends serving in Iraq, over the years. Thank you for caring about this family. They will appreciate any effort on your part and whatever you have to offer. Thanks for supporting our service men and women. http://www.ishaah.com/Prayervet.htm
