Warwick Valley Winery Outing

I know this may be short notice, but Seafarer John and his lovely bride, and Bob & I have been wanting to go to the Warkwick Valley Winery in Warwick, NY for some time now. It turns out that Saturday, January 8th is a good day for both of us. Here is their website: www.wvwinery.com. Bob & I have been there before, and on the weekends from 2 to 5 they offer entertainment, as well as a light café menu. We usually do a wine tasting, then purchase our favorite bottle and a fruit and cheese platter and enjoy the show. If anyone is in the area and would like to join us please let me know. Oh and Bobolink Dairy farm is on the way there as well. They have some wonderful breads and cheese! It really is a nice drive up (about an hour from NYC, I’d say- but worth the trip IMHO) Sue

Anyway - I HIGHLY recommend WVW. Beautiful! Great food! Great Hard Apple Cider!! And the best of all... owned by great people.
