Week in Antigua

I am going to Antigua this week to get married. We will be there for 9 days staying at the Galley Bay Resort. Does anyone have any suggestions as to any local places to eat. We will probably go into St. John's for a day or two. Also I am open for any suggestions for activities while we are there. I know the beach is a given.
