Welcome home Eric Bell!!!!!!!!!!!

An American hero, Warrent Officer Eric Bell, an Iraq military veteran helicopter pilot arrives home tomorrow with two tours of duty beneath his belt! Mayor Al  you best show him great honor  for his courage and service  to our country!
Mamma Janet, give him the best "momma hug" you can muster.
In behalf of we "old warriors" we salute you Warrent Officer Bell for your loyal service to our country!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As someone with a grandson and his wife serving in Iraq I salute WO Bell.

Thank you  Igdiva and Michael. When we accept  those involved are friends and/or family suddenly, a different scenario appears. It's mostly ugly. However the fight is necessary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suggest we remain commtited to achieve peace and building a solid global economy. I welcome your thoughts.

   Thanks for the Kudos for Janet's Son. One small correction. W O Bell is not a chopper pilot, he works with the Armored Cav. (Not all Warrents are Airmen !) Eric has 14 years in and got his Warrent in 2007. He has exceptional skills in his field and works very hard to see that the young troopers in his units are the best trained gunners they can be.
  Yes, We are very proud of his service....and very glad he is returning home safely.

Al and Janet, you must be utterly tickled pink . . welcome home Officer Bell, from a 26-years-served master sergeant's daughter.  Thank you for your service.

Ah, my grandson is manning a Ma Deuce on an MRAP that, against my wishes, keeps running around that country where people have a penchant for being nasty towards American vehicles.

Welcome home Eric, what a wonderful Easter Basket for your family!!

Well, We have Good News, and some Not so Good News. Eric arrived safely this morning, Jet-Lagged and Hungry !! That's the Good News!  The Not-So-Good is that he has to go back to IRAQ at the end of this month for 5 more months to ready the machines he works with for 'removal' from Iraq, as part of the new "Get the Combat Troops Out of Iraq by next year Program".  I guess we should not look a gift horse in the mouth...If they spend the time getting the gear shipped out of the country, instead of out in the Boonies on patrol, life should go a bit easier for him.

  Thanks to all for the kind words and messages of encouragment. He did see them and was pleased to read your reactions.
