Well, it's official....I'm

truly an OLD Man. I turned 50 about 85 minutes ago. I guess i'll be nodding off in my beer. I won't be chasing women any more. I'll have to take Geritol every afternoon just to get up. I'll be cranky ALL the time.

Oh well, life was fun while it lasted.

I turned 60 last month. They say 60 is the new 40 - so I guess that makes you 30!

I remember when I turned 50, it felt as though I was 22 when I went to sleep and 50 when I woke up. Thought about that for a day or so, then decided to just keep truckin' and don't look back.

We're going to see Eric Clapton in 2 weeks, and I realized I saw him for the first time 40 years ago, when I was 14 and he was with Cream. I thought "damn. I'm old", but then realized that Eric's the one that's old, since he was already in a band and touring when I was 14.

So now I don't feel so old.

Co-workers look at you differently. Just call them young punks or punkets...but it doesn't
