I don't know if this belongs under "Chicken" or "Chains" but I'll put it here. Wendy's opened a fast food chicken chain for a very short time. Some of the stores were in Ohio. I think the name might have been Granny's. Does anyone remember this one?

No I was unaware of this. But it doesn't surprise me.Church's Chicken here in San Antonio
had GWJr."S,which was hamburgers and such in the 1980s and just in this area. They didn't last too long.
Grandy's was here at one time, and Carl's Junior too,but no more.Though there appears to be a Carl's Jr.
down on I 37 in the area of the town of VonOrmy, south of here.Only one left in town.

Believe it or not, I just picked up a Masseys Pizza tonight in Lancaster, and on the box was a flyer that they are now selling Sisters Chicken there too. I couldn't believe my eyes! Is that wild or what? I wonder if they purchased the recipes or something like that? I didn't try any YET, so I can't say if it's the same as the old days (and that was clear back in the 80's, so I probably wouldn't remember if it tasted the same or not, LOL). Anyhow, thought anyone who was waxing nostalgic about Sisters Chicken would like to know.
