Is it just me or do you think that the Wendys triple has declined in taste since the 80's? I LOVED them back in the 80's, but they just dont taste the same these days. I may have just gotten older and my taste has changed. While im here, has anyone else gotten those bottom buns on a whopper with cheese that has been microwaved where it is too hot to eat? I hate when they do that. Ruins a pretty good burger.. By the way, GREAT BOARD!

I agree, it seems like the quality of Wendy's beef has gone way downhill since Dave Thomas died. The burgers started having an 'off' taste a few years ago. It is more noticeable with the multi-patty burgers (I used to get the Double). If for some reason I end up at Wendy's now I usually get the chili or a spicy chicken sandwich. They are still passable but not worth a special stop.

Its a shame. They were decent burgers at one time.

Collins, welcme to roadfood! I think you are right in the changes since Dave RIP passed are not for the better. For future referance, the posts about non roadfood chains should be made in the "Fast Food" section. No biggie, the mods will move this there. And, too bad about the taste of Windy's burgers. I used to like them, but that was years ago. And now they finally have jalapenos, shoot!

Oh sorry about posting in the wrong forum. I would appreciate if the admin would move to appropriate forum. Thanks for you guys' response. I sure do miss my old Triples though.
