Westchester County, NY Food Trucks

I have been spending some time in Westchester lately. Does anyone have any info on food trucks in the area. They seem to be rather scarce.

I come from Yonkers but have not lived there for a long time - I certainly do not recall food tracks back when I was there but I would think nowadays with the extreme ethnic diversity present there food trucks would thrive assuming local laws permit them.

Have you tried Twitter or Facebook? Most of these trucks let their followers know where they'll be via these venues.

Thanks for the replies. I have tried the Pink Panther Truck a couple of times. They are just okay. I will keep looking.
