What about the dressing?
I've been pretty busy and haven't looked real hard but I thought I might find a thread on dressing for the big feast. We call it dressing and not stuffing because we don't stuff. We also prefer it made with bread not corn bread. At least most of us--some would eat either. I like to add oysters but not everyone likes them so I make escalloped oysters for a few of us.So it looks like I'll make 3 kinds.This is the first time in a while that we won't have noodles too.Talk about carb overload. I don't want to think of the next 3 weeks of working all this off.
