What can you put on Top?

I am making spiedies with Salamida marinade - chicken and beef. What can you put on top in the roll besides more Salamida - I think this may be too much. Does anyone have a recipe for this? Thanks

A perfect spiedi needs nothing more than the marinated and grilled meat, with a little more marinade over the top of sandwich (new marinade-----not the marinade that you used for marinating the meat. However, if you feel that you need something additional, I guess the Greek sauce that is used for Gyros would do the trick. GREEK SAUCE Mix together 1 cup yogurt; juice of 1 lemon; 1/8 tsp dill weed, 2 chopped scallions; 2 tbsp chopped, peeled, and seeded cucumbers.
