What do you crave?

Mother's!!! I am so sad I can't go to Mardi Gras this year! Sigh...

I go on jags where I only want to eat one food over and over again for a week or two, sometimes as long as a month. Then I can't even look at it for about another 6 months. Some of these foods have been: BLTs, Club Sandwiches, Banana Pancakes, MuShu Chicken, Thai Mussuman Curry, Artichokes, Pasta with sun-dried tomato pesto, Mac and Cheese, and lately it is Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.

When I am dieting (about all the time now), I crave pizza, cheesecake, and chocolate cake!

I used to get obsessed with a food like Stuffed Crab or Tom Kha Gai soup. Once I learned to make it and knew it was within my power, I was no longer interested (sounds like dating!)
