With all the looney food reviews Roadfooders have posted links to, I have finally finally figured out what their purpose is: Ultra-cheap editorial content to wrap around the supermarket ads in newspapers so they can keep their inexpensive second class mail postal priveleges.
Be sure to read the comments by outraged readers, most of whose IP addresses trace back to the Chicago area.
