 OK...this is a little freaky. When I simply read the topic of this thread, I immediately thought of Finnan Haddie, fried gizzards, razor clams, and boudin. I think about the only thing I'd add to this list is fried cheese curds....I've never been able to find them anywhere here in Florida.
