Well, tonight Kathi had the girls from work over so I made a nice dinner......appetizers were shrimp with cocktail sauce, brie and crackers.....
Dinner was......prime rib smoked in the Traeger with a nice home made rub....

Carved for the table....

With fresh sugar snap peas and roasted potatoes with Herbes de Provence, olive oil, and onions

Then I started making Bananas Foster at the table....

Flambe time!

Served on Vanilla ice cream.

That's all folks!

No, we're in short supply out here on the Left Coast. I'm saving the Ravioli-O's for when Queen Elizabeth comes to the house to chow down.

Thank you. And the best part is----I did the Bananas Foster without burning the house down!

Good for you!  I was in a restaurant in France once and Crepes Suzette were being done tableside.......the waiter caught the tablecloth on fire!!

Well, President Roosevelt served hot dogs to her mother and father, so Chef Boyardee seems fitting.

By the way, Ravioli-Os are not a Chef Boyardee product. Campbell's makes them.

Now I want prime rib. And bananas Foster. That all looks amazing!

Instead, I had pork chops with a molasses glaze, creamy artichoke casserole, and canned lima beans.

I just looked..........it's still there.
Sometimes I have the same problem on Roadfood.........I want to look at someone's comment or picture, but it's not on my computer.  I go to Michael's computer and it's there.  Weird.
Glad you liked the braciole picture.  As you can tell, I'm experimenting with my new camera that MH got me for Christmas!  It won't be long before he says, "Oh for heaven's sakes, put the damn camera down and LET'S EAT!!!"

Tonight I come home from work to an old -fashoned "pot roast", chuck roast with potatos, onions & carrots cooked in a slow cooker. Best part is that I get a pot roast sandwich in my lunch tomorrow!....
