Made a "flatbread" with Trader Joe's pizza dough, goat cheese, Kalamata olives, orange zest, and fresh thyme.

I'll be having 3 soft boiled eggs and toast for dinner tonight.
By choice and not necessity, I hope!!  That sounds like a post-oral surgery meal!

Thanks!

Bottom routine, top because I've been having chest pains from horrible reflux.

Had a camera in my throat last week and it's extremely inflamed.  I didn't know. No symptoms there.

Next week is an MRI.

Fun.

Hope you feel better soon, Mar!

Dinner tonight was a surprise. Got out of work and had some time to kill before my ride showed up, so I stopped in what used to be my home bar. They're testing out reuben rolls (they're like egg rolls, except with corned beef and sauerkraut, with Thousand Island for dipping), so they gave me a basket of them. They're ridiculously tasty.

I'm with you Chewy except I go for scotch which isn't an ingredient in anything. Plain scotch will do fine!!

Heated up a low calorie flour tortilla and rolled it around a can of Louisiana Hot Sauce Sardines.

I'm still hungry.

Would love something for dinner (or any meal), am on a drug right now that killed my appetite. If I can eat one bite of something I'm lucky.

Greg, that burrito is giving me heartburn just looking at it.  I'd love one but chorizo would kill me these days.

I spit-roasted a bone-in pork loin roast this afternoon.  It had a paste made of fresh herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, and sage) and olive oil and I put a couple of apple wood chunks on the coals for some smoke flavor.  Should make for some nice sandwiches this week...

While not nearly as ambitious as ScreamingChicken's pork loin (I couldn't do it anyway, it's been cold and snowy all day) I made comfort food for the patient.......stuffed peppers and mashed potatoes.
