Brava! Brava!

At this point...many of the first & best images when a search for Cameron recipes is performed ...happen to be your creations!

Well done!

Thank you!!

That's funny about my images, CC.  Heh heh.  I was thinking of you, btw, when I ordered a slice of "Manhattan" pizza for lunch today.  I think you'd have laughed and shaken your head... " />

Mar - I've never tried cedarplanks although I've seen them at Sur la Table and been curious.  I was thinking they're for outdoor grills, but maybe not?

We try to eat Salmon once a week if we can!  I like the Stuffed Seafood Salmon cakes while the Wife prefers the Salmon Filets.

I would just quietly drink a Manhattan or so...and be very very cordial about it.

I had a delicious knish...

That means +1 on the knishometer. Try to say that (or delicious knish) five times fast after a Manhattan...or so.

Sharon doesn't like Salmon so I don't make it here.

I do make it occasionally for my mother on a tiny Weber Smokey Joe and boy does it smoke!

BUT...  that's for dinner and we're talking lunch here.

It was an excellent knish...

It was substantial and amazing that it came in...@ only 5 WW points.

That's less than one of those tiny little point culprit hushpuppies @ Arthur Treacher's!

I think that knishometer might be a tad iffy & wonky with those calculations....but I had a copy of the nutritional information to calculate the points.

Really really delicious full sours that I fished out of a big barrel myself!

I caught four of them.

Kind & generous soul that I am...

I kept the small portion of bonus Eggplant Parmigiana...and re-gifted the Chicken.

It was over ziti...& gone in 60 seconds.

The freezer comes in handy.

I had skirt steak in the shape of NJ...

Grape tomatoes & Vidalia onions before dressing...

Wardrobe was provided by Peter Luger.

After the calzone thread I decided to order a monster. I only do it once or twice a year. Deep-fried mushroom calzone (not the entire calzone) and that's me done for the rest of the day...
