Well...since my Father brought back pneumonia from CA to NJ I had chicken soup for breakfast while visiting him in the hospital and getting yelled at..until I ate it...and to move my phone so I don't spill it...because I must be 12 years old. I wish I borrow some of his morphine tomorrow.

Two pieces of Butterball patty sausage on a toasted Bays English muffin with a slice of cheddar cheese. IMO they've really figured out to make good sausage from turkey but now they really have to work on the turkey bacon.

I normally don't like turkey...and I don't ever think of turkey bacon with the emphasis on bacon. It's a nice salty magical something else...not bacon. It has to be super crisp. I am the only turkey bacon fan that exists. That's ok with me.

Today I really felt like Eggs Benedict but I didn't English Muffins or Canadian Bacon. I improvised and used one slice of whole wheat toast and regular thick cut bacon. So delicious!
